Alex started IV Real Estate after 15 years commercial real estate experience, initially as a chartered surveyor with DTZ (Cushman & Wakefield) advising Landlords and Occupiers on investment, agency and development strategies across London and South East. Subsequent to this Alex worked at Skanska Development and was responsible for all commercial aspects of opportunities from sourcing, purchasing, leasing, funding and divesting across central London and the South of England.
Prior to co-founding IV Real Estate, Liam was Development Director for Skanska Development. In his 10 years at Skanska, Liam was responsible for development delivery on commercial and industrial schemes totalling £150m in London, and Sweden. Liam is a Chartered Civil Engineer and has an Executive MBA from Imperial College Business School, London..
Hiwad has previously worked across a range of infrastructure projects including road, rail, and aviation. During this time, he managed and led complex schemes across the complete lifecycle including feasibility, development, delivery and commissioning. This included new terminal facilities at Melbourne airport that involved consideration for multi stakeholders while ensuring that the airport continued to function.
Hiwad holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (1st Honours) from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia and is responsible for managing projects as well as initial financial modelling and development appraisals.
Libby worked as a Development Manager on commercial office schemes for Skanska Development in both Bristol and London before joining IV Real Estate.
Originally starting her career as a Quantity Surveyor on large scale construction and infrastructure projects she transferred these skills into commercial development.
Libby has experience through all stages of the property development cycle from planning through construction, to leasing and eventually divestment. Libby holds an BSc from Loughborough in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management and runs the commercial and programming of our projects.
