34-38 Provost Street Achieves Practical Completion

Construction work has completed on the comprehensive refurbishment and addition of two new floors at 34-38 Provost Street.

The building has undergone a dramatic transformation from derelict warehouse to high quality modern offices. This has included the addition of two new floors and a new lift shaft providing access to all floors. The ground and basement floors have been linked by new stairs to provide flexible accommodation and increased levels of natural light.

Historic features have been restored and celebrated through the floors while the common parts have highlighted the Victorian nature through the finishes used.
