IV Real Estate Delivers Letting of 41 Corn Street, Bristol

IV Real Estate has fully let its 25,000sq ft mixed-use building at 41 Corn Street, Bristol following the city’s largest office letting this year.

E-commerce business Huboo Technologies Ltd has taken 19,000 sq ft of office space for its new Headquarters to fulfill its rapid expansion and growth plans.

The company’s sales and technology teams will take occupation in June of the 1st to 6th floors above the recently let ground and lower floors which were recently taken by social darts experience Flight Club.

41 Corn Street has been fully refurbished over the course of 2020 to provide new design lead Grade A office accommodation including new windows, exposed air conditioning, bike storage, changing and shower facilities as well as two new roof terraces.
