IV Real Estate has jointly purchased in partnership with a private investor 34-36 Provost Street.

Located to the north of Old Street Roundabout this derelict office building was once a light industrial warehouse dating from 1890 and used for a variety of purposes including by tea and coffee merchants and most recently as a publishing house.

IV Real Estate plans to fully refurbish the building while respecting and enhancing the character of the building to provide 11,000 sq ft of office accommodation.

This will include two new contemporary storeys with floor to ceiling windows and served by a new lift.

All the floors will provide well-proportioned floor plates with new services, great levels of light and a new dedicated corner entrance from the Old Street approach.
