New Feature Roof and Steels Installed

This week saw the installation of the two new floors at the building including the continuation of the timber joist cross ties feature ceiling.

Each new floor comprises of 1,700 sq ft with floor to ceiling windows providing amazing natural light and views.

The new floors complement the heritage of the buildings’ historic features and the existing character while providing contemporary open plan accommodation.

All the floors are served by a new lift providing easy access to all floors as an alternative to the generous restored stairwell.

Completion is scheduled for June.
