Teamwork secures planning permission

IV Real Estate in collaboration with their Group company, Thirdway Architecture has secured planning permission for the two new storeys at 34-38 Provost Street.

Designed by Thirdway Architecture the building will benefit from two new contemporary floors in addition to the creation of new lightwells and connecting stairs between ground and basement floors.

The building will provide 11,000 sq ft of characterful rich, contemporary office accommodation with excellent natural light and easily divisible floor plates.

As part of the full refurbishment to provide new efficient mechanical and electrical services suited to the modern occupier secure cycle parking, drying and showering facilities will be included within the building.
