Work with the contractor to achieve high standards of safety, quality and sustainability on the project
Liaison with local stakeholders to mitigate disruption

LEASING

Work with the appointed agent to develop full marketing strategy
Ensure timely production of all marketing materials and activation to drive market awareness
Work with appointed agent to ensure lease terms are optimised in line with the project business plan.
Source and provide all relevant documentation to support lease negotiations and where appropriate, liaison with legal advisors

MANAGEMENT

Ensure that all defects are closed out in a timely manner
Confirm the production of all maintenance documentation and delivery of warranties
Support the client to procure a managing agent and develop service charge budget
